Shipping Policy

At Charity’s Glam Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Shipping Within South Africa

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (after order confirmation).

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available in selected areas).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order leaves our store, delivery is in the hands of the courier company.

In-Store Pickup

You may choose to collect your order at our store. Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming.

Pickup must be made within 7 days of notification.

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen events (e.g., weather, public holidays, or high volumes) may occasionally cause delays. We’ll always keep you informed if this happens.
