Return & Exchange Policy

At Charity’s Glam Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, back to your original method of payment.
